US vs. OUR OCEAN
Rowing the Pacific to empower and inspire — all in aid of Cancer Research UK.
ABOUT US
We are three women who refuse to be defined by life’s limits. Between us, we’ve rowed oceans, faced cancer, and navigated motherhood — experiences that have shown us we’re capable of far more than we’re often told.
In June 2026, we’ll row the Mid-Pacific because of these experiences, not despite them. Every stroke is a statement of resilience, the power of women supporting women, and our commitment to raising vital funds in aid of Cancer Research UK — for every woman who’s been underestimated, and everyone fighting their own battle.
THE WOMEN BEHIND THE ROW
THE WORLD’S TOUGHEST ROW
In June 2026, we’ll row the Mid-Pacific — not despite our struggles, but because of them.
Every stroke will honour the strength forged through adversity:
the grit that carried us through chemotherapy,
the resilience that turns self-doubt into determination,
and the power that emerges when women support women.
The World’s Toughest Row – Pacific is a 2,800-mile ocean rowing challenge from California to Hawaii.
The Pacific crossing spans roughly 2,800 miles from Monterey, California to Hanalei Bay, Kaua’i — a wild, bio-diverse stretch of mid-Pacific ocean that tests mind, body and spirit.
“This is not just rowing—it’s an endurance test of human strength, determination, and teamwork.”
— Team Row For Life
OUR CHARITY PARTNER
We row in aid of Cancer Research UK, whose vital work gives hope to millions facing the fight of their lives. As we cross the Pacific, we raise funds to support life-saving research — carrying with us everyone battling cancer today.
We aren’t just setting off across the Pacific for the adventure. We’re writing a different story: one of resilience, solidarity, and purpose. As women who’ve navigated cancer, motherhood, menopause, doubts and storms — we know this row is more than a physical feat.
Every stroke we take across those 2,800 miles is a statement: midlife women are just getting started; survivors and fighters still chase horizons. We row to challenge what the world expects — and to prove what we’re capable of.
We row aboard a race that draws global teams each June, but we row for something deeper: for every woman who’s been underestimated, for everyone fighting their own battle — with the wind, the waves, or adversity.
